Painted Etched Shower Glass Gets 5-Star Google Review

This custom painted etched shower glass partition for a new shower stall was part of a recent bathroom renovation by a client of ours. Krystal Glass Company received a glowing 5-Star Google review from Yolanda, the homeowner, for the painted etched shower glass. Yolanda came to our showroom knowing she wanted a little color and a tropical design with a hummingbird and florals. She conveyed her desire for the custom art glass to Peter Edward, glass artist at Krystal Glass Company, and he created the art and the painted etched shower glass. He knew that it would create just the right mood and be the highlight of her bathroom remodel. 5-Star Google Review “Hi Karen and Peter:  Just thanking you for a beautiful finished product. We opted for a tropical theme on our glass shower partition and were not disappointed. You are both very professional in your field. Not to mention Peter who is super talented in the way you brought our vision of a tropical mood to life in our remodeled bath. We are looking forward to adding another glass partition in our dining room area. Thanks again and your continued success even though your many years of work and expertise speaks for themselves.”  Yolanda       Share With... read more

Church Receives “Outstanding” Carved Glass Logo

Pastor Sergio from Light Of The World Church in Miami gives Krystal Glass Company a very positive video testimonial about the carved glass logo created by Peter Edward. “Outstanding beautiful work, very detailed, and just what we were looking for,” Pastor Sergio said. Krystal Glass Company recently created the carved glass logo with the intention of the church illuminating it with LED lights once they install it. Peter Edward started the project of the carved glass logo with low-iron, very high quality glass as he does with other art glass projects that will be illuminated with LED lights. For 35 years, Krystal Glass Company has specialized in several types of glass that make unique etched glass signs for businesses, schools and organizations. Etched and carved glass, LED illuminated glass and painted glass are just a few of the possibilities. Peter Edward has etched and carved all types of art including logos and custom fine art designs on glass and mirror.     The logo above was supplied by Pastor Sergio and recreated on glass. Peter Edward used a combination of glass etching and deeper carved areas to make the logo look striking when illuminated. The piece will be installed with LED lights in the church’s pulpit.   Karen Jurgens is vice president of Krystal Glass Company. Yacht Owners’ Desire Fulfilled For Stunning Art Glass Showpiece

The owners of a 145′ yacht had their hearts set on a spectacular carved glass art showpiece for the main salon entertaining area. The carved glass art for Island Heiress had to be stunning, but first they had to find the right glass artist. The artist needed to be capable of custom art etched and carved on glass with extreme detail and care. They called Krystal Glass Company and made a visit to our showroom. “You provided a comfort level for us. We knew we were at the right place just by talking to you on the phone,” Dana said.   Krystal Glass Company recently completed this custom 10-foot illuminated carved glass art for Island Heiress. “Pete hit it out of the ballpark,” Dana said. “It is really over the top. We love it and it is much more than we expected. It looks amazing, nothing short of stunning.”   Rob and Dana called Krystal Glass Company after seeing carved glass art by other glass artists at boat shows, in Las Vegas and in magazines. They spent time viewing the online photographs and previous art glass for yachts and boats on our website www.KrystalGlassCompany.com and were impressed with the variety of completed art glass projects, different sizes and lighting options. They came in and had a consultation with Glass Artist Peter Edward about the art glass they wanted to commission for their main salon area to serve as a room divider. “The choices were amazing. Much more than the others had,” Dana said. “The website shows talent. Pete is very interactive to talk to. He really listens, and he told us what would look best.” Peter Edward carefully coordinated the artwork with the clients to... read more

Krystal Glass Company Website Design

How I Built Our New Website by Karen Jurgens It’s been almost a month since the new Krystal Glass Company website design was published. The goal was simple- make it more user friendly and informative, easier to navigate and easier to find what you’re looking for when researching custom glass etching like big, awesome pictures that show lots of detail. The reviews are very positive. Thanks to everyone that responded with their comments, especially the loyal fans who gave generously of their time critiquing all the pages with me. The question I’ve been hearing a lot lately, especially from fellow small business owners who would like to do the same, is “How did you build it?”. It’s no secret. I used WordPress. It’s an easy-to-use open source CMS, content management system, and there are loads of resources available to help get you started.  WordPress is huge, used for millions of websites and seen by tens of millions of people every day. I needed something that is easy to edit because we are constantly adding new pictures of our completed art glass projects. The best part about WordPress for me is that you don’t have to be a graphic designer or know any HTML code. Themes, or templates, provide the basic layout and page design, colors, fonts, etc., and you can customize them. I used a theme called Divi by Elegant Themes for the Krystal Glass Company website design. Elegant Themes is one of many companies that offer WordPress themes. They published a great post recently called The Best WordPress Courses To Take Online. Because of its popularity, books and classes on WordPress are plentiful. I like... read more
