Part 2- Dependable Service and People
Last week in the first part of this three part series, we told you that the number one reason that interior designers love working with Krystal Glass Company for custom fine art glass is the superior skill of master glass artist Peter Edward. Glass artist and president Peter Edward created a decorative glass solution for Linda Cohen of L.A. Cohen Design for two large windows that needed privacy and a custom design. Working closely with Linda to achieve the exact look she wanted, Peter Edward created a stunning custom art glass solution using etched glass illuminated with LED lights. The glow from the art glass windows would add another unique element of beauty to the inside and outside of the already magnificent home.
Linda says she is very pleased with the custom decorative solution that Peter Edward created for her client and the prompt, friendly service that Krystal Glass Company provided.

Peter Edward puts clients first. He works early, late and on weekends if necessary to meet client deadlines. He looks for ways to improve each art glass project and genuinely cares about the people he creates for. He gets to know each client to learn exactly what they want, and he frequently exceeds expectations.

Krystal Glass Company worked with another interior design firm, IK Yacht Design to create a custom marine design in illuminated art glass for the aft window of No Agenda. The short time frame allotted for the project was critical because the boat was scheduled to sail all summer and would not be in port. The already tight deadline was complicated by a defect from the manufacturer of the new window. Peter Edward had to wait many more valuable days before a perfect quality window was made. Then he was able to go to work on the glass etching and carving. He put in extra long sessions over a long weekend to make it happen for the client and designer. The results are phenomenal, and everyone loves it.
Peter Edward worked closely with the owner, Lorry, to create his exact specifications in the art including sea life, fish, sunken treasure chest, and sun rays shining down on the focal point of a sexy topless mermaid with long, flowing hair.
“As a design firm that caters to many clients, you make our work easier,” Zak Kadosh, president of IK Yacht Design said. “Your company proposed a design that fits well with our client’s boat, and you produced it within the time frame needed. We are very happy with the outcome.”
